Here is the sound of my valve!
A lot of people have wondered what the valve sounds like in my chest. In general, I do not hear it much throughout the day. When I am going to sleep some nights, I definitely have moments of hearing it loudly. This used to make me nervous, but I have worked to make this something I celebrate. Here is the sound I hear.
